I’d rather just drink the coffee on its own. i’ve tried each one of these. I’ve asked other people if they wanted them and they said no thank you. So don’t waste your money. as far as the coffee goes, I like the coffee I just don’t see any difference in anything. I’ll still get sleepy halfway through the day.
