Some provide small, non-functional amounts of many different mushrooms, while others (like yours truly) focus on providing functional amounts of a more focused selection of fungi. Yes, all of our mushroom blends contain caffeine. We aren’t scared of caffeine — it’s a powerful nootropic that can kick your brain into high gear if you use it right. However, it’s important not to consume too much at once. Otherwise, you risk experiencing nausea, anxiety, and jitters.
Our mushroom blends contain the following amounts of caffeine per cup:
- Mushroom Coffee+: 45 mg

When it comes to how to make mushroom coffee and matcha, it’s as simple as combining the powder with water. It doesn’t even have to be hot water! If you prefer a cold cuppa, our formulas dissolve just as well in cold water.
